Dianne Davis

Dianne has been involved with the Alzheimer’s Association of the Connecticut Chapter since its beginning in 1989. She was on the board and the program committee, the New Haven Walk to End Alzheimer’s committee, serving as Chair for more than 20 years, and is a community educator. As a volunteer working with individuals and their families at the Adler Geriatric Assessment Center, she’s been with hundreds of families from diagnosis to death, guiding them on their dementia journey. This cause is even more personal to her now that both of her in-laws, Barbara and Fred, have died of the disease. Dianne retired from the Yale Adler Geriatric Assessment Center where she served as geriatric case manager, but her work in the field continues. She is committed to outreach in diverse populations and has a passion for minority groups who are affected by Alzheimer’s.
